• Sympta is a personal health journal for tracking and reference purposes only
• The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
• AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns
• In case of emergency, contact emergency services immediately

Use of the Service

You agree to:

• Use Sympta only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information when using the app
• Keep your device and iCloud account secure
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Not use the app for any commercial purpose without permission

Subscriptions

Sympta Pro subscriptions:

• Are billed through your Apple ID account
• Automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Can be managed in your App Store account settings
• Offer no refunds for partial subscription periods
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled

Intellectual Property

Sympta, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Sympta is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Sympta, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Sympta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any health decisions made based on app data
• We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure or user error
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Sympta at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
